Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept credit card payments through PayPal.  You do not have to have a registered account with Paypal to make a payment.  

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 5-7 day delivery within the contiguous US and 7-14 days for Hawaii, Alaska and international shipments.   

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using USPS.   Please email us at Team@JFGreenLine if you need expedited shipping.  We will notify you what additional charges will be applied towards your purchase. 

No Paper Invoices: We do not include a paper invoice with your shipment.  If you would like an invoice, email us at Team@JFGreenLine and we will email you one.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier (USPS). If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Return Merchandise Policy. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return most new, unworn items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee.  If you received an incorrect or defective item due to our error, the 20% re-stocking fee will not apply.  We will also refund the shipping cost if the item was a cause of our error.   
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
